Round Lake Farms, Manitowoc, WI


Caroline and Liam’s summer wedding at Round Lake Farms in Manitowoc, WI was the kind of day that instantly made everyone feel like family. From the moment I arrived to the final song on the dance floor, this celebration overflowed with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Getting Ready


The morning began at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Manitowoc, and I was immediately struck by the beauty of the stained glass windows. Inside, Caroline and her bridesmaids were dancing and singing in adorable matching PJ sets—setting the tone for a joyful, light-hearted day. Caroline handed me a box of meaningful details for her flat lay photos (one of my favorite ways to kick off a wedding day!).

Soon after, Liam arrived with his groomsmen, all buzzing with anticipation. His dad helped with the finishing touches, and you could feel how excited Liam was to see Caroline.

Caroline slipped into her breathtaking gown with the help of her mom and two sisters. It was such a sweet and emotional moment watching her transformation into a bride.

Heartfelt First Looks


Before their ceremony, Liam met his mom for a touching first look in the courtyard, where she pinned on his boutonniere. Caroline then shared a first look with her dad while her bridesmaids peeked on from inside—it was a tear-jerker for sure.

The Ceremony


The ceremony at St. John’s was filled with anticipation and love. Caroline looked radiant walking down the aisle with her dad, and the look on Liam’s face as he saw her for the first time said it all. The two exchanged heartfelt vows and officially became husband and wife in front of their cheering loved ones.

We definitely had to take advantage of the beautiful stained glass windows!

The Bridal Party at Round Lake Farms


We headed to Round Lake Farms, a stunning venue nestled in Manitowoc. Their bridal party brought the energy and fun!

The Bride & Groom


For their romantic couple portraits, Caroline and Liam were pure magic. You could feel their connection in every frame. One of my favorite moments? When Liam picked her up and spun her around, her dress twirling perfectly in the breeze.

A Private Walk Through


Before guests arrived inside the reception space, Caroline and Liam took a quiet moment to walk hand-in-hand through the venue to admire all the thoughtful details they had planned over the past year. It was such a unique and meaningful moment that I hope more couples do!

Cocktail Hour


Then it was time to mingle during cocktail hour. Caroline sipped her signature Aperol Spritz, while Liam opted for an ice-cold beer. Both totally fitting for their personalities.

Sunset on the Dock


As the sun began to set, we snuck away for golden hour portraits. The dock overlooking Round Lake made the perfect backdrop. The light was dreamy, and Caroline and Liam were glowing.

Reception Highlights


The evening continued with heartfelt and hilarious toasts, followed by a sweet stop at The Knotted Cone Gelato Co.Their cute mobile cart was a guest favorite—and a delicious one too!

Party Time!


Their first dance as husband and wife was beautiful. After the traditional Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances, Caroline surprised her mom by inviting her up for a special dance to an acoustic version of “Sweet Caroline.” It was such a memorable and emotional highlight.


Once the dance floor opened, there was no turning back! The DJ kept the energy high and the party going all night long.

Final Thoughts
