Margo & Brad’s Romantic October Wedding at Stone Prairie
Margo and Brad’s wedding at Stone Prairie was the perfect celebration of love on a crisp fall day in Wisconsin. While the October weather brought a bit of wind, it also created some incredibly beautiful and dynamic moments throughout the day.
From heartfelt first looks to a lively dance floor, their wedding was filled with emotion, laughter, and unforgettable scenery.
Getting Ready at Stone Prairie
The morning began with excitement as Margo got ready with her bridesmaids. The atmosphere was relaxed but full of anticipation for the day ahead.
Meanwhile, Brad and his groomsmen arrived already dressed and ready for photos, which gave us the perfect opportunity to capture some portraits before the ceremony.
Margo chose the most beautiful wedding details, and I had so much fun styling and photographing them for flat lay photos. From her jewelry to her invitation suite, everything was thoughtfully chosen and perfectly suited for a romantic fall wedding.
Soon it was time for Margo to put on her dress with the help of her mother. It was such a meaningful moment, and once she was fully ready, she looked absolutely stunning.
Before walking down the aisle, Margo shared a special first look with her dad. It was one of those emotional moments that always reminds me why I love photographing weddings.
A Windy & Beautiful Ceremony
The ceremony took place outdoors at Stone Prairie in front of the venue’s gorgeous greenhouse. The wind never really let up during the ceremony, but it ended up adding such a magical touch to the moment.
Margo’s veil flowed beautifully in the wind as they exchanged vows, creating such natural movement in their photos. Sometimes the unexpected elements of the day turn into the most memorable details.
With family and friends gathered around them, Margo and Brad officially said “I do” and began their next chapter together.

After the ceremony, we captured family photos and bridal party portraits while everyone was still riding the excitement of the ceremony.
It was such a joy to see how loved and supported Margo and Brad are. The entire day had such a warm, family-centered atmosphere, which made photographing every moment even more special.

A Romantic Wisconsin Sunset
As dinner began, the sunset created the most romantic golden glow across the property. The open fields and greenhouse at Stone Prairie make it such an incredible location for sunset portraits.
Of course, we had to sneak away for a few quiet moments with just Margo and Brad.
Those sunset portraits in the open field, with the greenhouse in the background, ended up being some of my favorite images from the entire day.

A Packed Dance Floor Celebration
After heartfelt speeches, the celebration truly began.
The dance floor filled immediately, and it stayed packed all night long. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dance floor quite that lively. Everyone was so excited to celebrate Margo and Brad.
